Transfer Agency Manager

We are seeking a Transfer Agency Manager to join FNZ's growing Transfer Agency team in our Damansara office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the team and be accountable for the service to our clients and their underlying investors on behalf of FNZ.

You will be accountable for all aspects of day to day TA Processes, regulatory, and financial risk relevant to their team and, for all processes that fall within their functional area. Responsible for all aspects of change within the functional area, you will ensure an effective change process from delivery through to implementation and that change is delivered effectively, and, in accordance with FNZ Compliance standards.

**Other key responsilibilities include**:
Strategy & Leadership
- Support the Head of Operations in managing operational teams, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution, timely reporting, and continuous service improvement.
- Develop staff with succession planning, fostering growth and career development.
- Contribute to strategic planning, technology solutions, and regulatory compliance to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Process & Risk Management
- Ensure operational resilience, error management, and risk control through robust reporting and oversight.
- Manage KPI/KRI performance, ensuring compliance with customer contractual terms.
- Lead operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee audits, client visits, and implementation of operational controls to mitigate risks and fraud.

People Management & Development
- Manage and support team performance, training, and career development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ethical decision-making, and compliance with mandatory training.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external clients.

Governance & Compliance
- Provide timely reporting to leadership and actively participate in governance, risk, and change management meetings.
- Drive the right behaviors and client engagement to deliver first-class service in alignment with corporate standards.
- A degree, or equivalent, in a finance, business or numerate discipline.
- Extensive operations experience within the Transfer Agency industry.
- Extensive knowledge of EPF and PRS
- Significant experience in an operations management role.
- Extensive technical operational knowledge covering the functions under role holders' remit,
- Change management experience,
- Strong understand of risk/compliance policies and processes for a financial services business
- Extensive Knowledge of the Malaysian financial services including regulatory and knowledge of other region such as Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore
