We’re looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant Intern to join our team This role offers valuable hands-on experience in event planning, execution, and client engagement. You’ll play a key role in supporting our events, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in achieving sales KPIs within the assigned business segment.

Initiate and implement sales promotions while providing tailored solutions to customers.

Conduct cold calls to build a sales funnel, secure demo sessions, perform sales presentations, and close sales with accounts.

Coordinate and follow up with customers to organize events, secure participation, and ensure successful execution.

Strengthen customer relationships through consistent engagement and follow-ups.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance event planning and execution.

Provide detailed work plans and weekly sales activity reports to your supervisor or sales manager.

Attend all assigned events, fairs, and promotional activities as a team representative.

**Job Requirements**:
Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.

Passionate about events and customer engagement.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday (Occasionally required to work on weekends if there are events).
- Time: 9 am - 6pm
- Working time might change depends on event schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Schedule:
