**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks, manage sales schedules, track sales orders, and help streamline communication between the sales team and clients. This role is crucial for ensuring that sales processes are efficient, clients' needs are met, and the sales team has the necessary tools and information to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in day-to-day administrative duties, including processing orders, preparing sales reports, and managing sales documentation.
- **Order Processing**: Handle the preparation and processing of sales orders, ensuring all orders are accurately entered into the system and followed through until delivery.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients and prospects, addressing inquiries, updating order statuses, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Sales Coordination**: Schedule meetings, calls, and product demonstrations for the sales team. Organize and coordinate sales presentations, events, or trade shows.
- **Sales Tracking**: Monitor sales progress, track leads, and update sales activities, client interactions, and order status.
- **Data Management**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data, client contact details, and sales performance records are well maintained
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasting data to track team progress and meet business objectives.
- **Inventory & Shipment Coordination**: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipments.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Liaise with the marketing, customer support, and finance teams to ensure that sales initiatives are properly aligned with company policies and processes.
- **Documentation & Contracts**: Assist in the creation and management of contracts, quotes, and other necessary sales documentation.
- **Sales Team Coordination**: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring that all team members have the necessary information to close deals.
- **Client On-boarding**: Support the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring they have the necessary materials and resources to begin using the company's products or services.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- **Sales Support Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- **Computer Literacy Skills**: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data, processing orders, and preparing reports.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address and resolve issues quickly, especially when it comes to order discrepancies or customer inquiries.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and provide support where needed.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.
