Construction Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and project schedule requirements.

2. Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project plans and specifications.

3. Monitor daily progress and provide leadership to the construction team, resolving issues and ensuring the project stays on track.

4. Proactively identify potential challenges and delays, developing solutions and contingency plans to mitigate risks.

5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to quality standards and safety protocols.

6. Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and conducting safety meetings.

7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.

8. Prepare and submit daily construction reports, detailing progress, issues, and any necessary documentation.

9. Manage and maintain project records, including plans, permits, and as-built drawings.

Job Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully supervising construction projects.

2. Punctuality and Discipline: Being punctual and maintaining discipline on the construction site is crucial for project success.

3. Problem-Solving Mentality: The ability to identify issues, find practical solutions, and make quick decisions is essential in this role.

4. Coordination Skills: Strong coordination skills are necessary to manage various construction activities and personnel efficiently.

5. Daily Reporting: Consistently providing accurate and detailed daily reports is a requirement to ensure project transparency and communication.

6. Responsibility and Integrity: A strong sense of responsibility for project outcomes and high levels of integrity in all actions are expected.

7. Safety Awareness: A deep understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

8. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment is beneficial.

9. Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a construction team is important for project success.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
