**Position: Business Development Executive**
**Location : Melaka**
**Salary range : RM2,500 - RM3,000**
- As the Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role that reflect the business growth for the branch through securing new client pipelines for integrated end-to-end HR solutions services.
**Responsibilities**
- Seek new business opportunities/ partnerships for expansion/ growth through competitive market intelligence.
- Provide business review and reporting of assigned territory.
- Regularly engage collaborators and partners; address business challenges/ concerns/ objectives by providing actionable solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience of sales
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong team player, approachable and supportive
- Have a high degree of ownership and a strong sales mindset, with the determination to go the extra mile.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
