Technician

Location: Batu Ferringhi, Penang (Lone Pine Hotel)

Type: Full-time (Shift work, including weekends and public holidays)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities and equipment
- Respond to guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly
- Conduct daily checks on electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems
- Assist in preventive maintenance tasks and safety inspections
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building or hotel maintenance
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Able to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs independently
- Willing to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
