**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- To schedule the housekeeping duties.
- To ensure the work done by the housekeeping general workers are satisfactory.
- To provide tools and equipment's required for the housekeeping team.
- To ensure the factory and its surrounding are clean at all times.
- To ensure toilet and office general equipment are in good working order.
- To perform weekly check for all fire extinguishers in the factory at general location.
- To ensure all fire extinguishers and fire hose reel are in good condition and meet the fire department's requirements.
- To inspect and ensure hydrant and the hose are in good condition at all times.
- To monitor and coordinate pest control activities at company own premises compound.
- To follow up the grass cutting schedule internally or by the external contractor.
- To inspect the canteen grease trap cleanliness at weekly basis.
- Participate and be part of coordinator in ERT activities such as training, drills and during actual emergency situation.
- To ensure emergency equipment are well kept and report for any damages.
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
- Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
- To support HSE executive in issuance of PPE equipment's and firefighting equipment
- Be part of scheduled waste management team.
- To follow up on the cleaning of air conditional grill and remove cobwebs in the office and general area.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

At least 1 year(s) of working experience **in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be **willing to work in Sepang.**
