**Responsibilities**:

- Perform mold trials, debugging, and optimize process parameters.
- Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely.
- Carry out routine maintenance and machine setup.
- Record and analyze mold trial data for process improvement.
- Develop technical standards and process instructions.
- Improve production processes and product quality.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
- Set up and operate related equipment (machines, dryers, chillers, grinders).
- Conduct training and evaluate molding operators/technicians.
- Oversee mold commissioning, setup, issue handling, and maintenance.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain workplace cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in injection molding industry.
- Familiar with plastic injection machinery and conventional machines.
- Hardworking with eagerness to learn.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
