**Job Descriptions**:
- Preparing documents, including sales invoices and purchase orders
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filling of office documents for record
keeping.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into system.
- Follow up with the document submissions.
- Provide administrative and operational support.
- Responsible in any other duties assigned by the superior.
- Monitoring stock transaction
- Daily good receiving from supplier
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Applications
- Command language of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in fluent Mandarin is added advantage to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
