**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in managing the inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials needed for maintenance tasks.
- Engage in purchasing negotiations with vendors to place orders and track spare parts as needed.
- Assist in coordinating with external contractors or vendors for specialised maintenance or repairs.
- Assist in preparing documentation, take part in internal and external audits, and oversee the department's budget, which includes facility, maintenance, process, and project costs.
- Assist in managing maintenance work order requests and delegate tasks to the maintenance team for execution to minimise machine downtime.
- Support in developing and updating the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Support communication between management and the maintenance team for effective workflow management.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained without disrupting production schedules.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- A person who pays attention to details.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
