**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage your own caseload under the guidance of senior partners
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and submissions
- Attend case managements, hearings, trials, and mediations
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and court officers
- Supervise clerks or interns where required
- Update case tracking systems (Trello, OneDrive, WhatsApp team comms)

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years post-qualified experience (PQE) in civil/family litigation
- Good drafting and oral advocacy skills
- Solid knowledge of procedural rules, timelines, and litigation strategy
- Familiar with e-Court/e-Filing and digital file management
- Highly responsible, organised, and proactive in case progression
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
