We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Collections Analyst** to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist in managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, ensuring that accounts are up-to-date and that collection processes are handled efficiently and professionally. This role supports North America time zone and working days.

This position is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) and will be in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Assist in monitoring and managing overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices. Work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address account issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- ** Education**: High school Diploma / Degree preferably in Finance/ Accounting / Business
- ** Experience**: 1 to 3 years of working experience in a collections or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Operating knowledge of ERP system - Oracle. Preferred but not mandatory
- ** Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage time effectively.
- ** Working shift**: *_This is in line with your appointment role to support the US_ team._
- Daylight Saving - from 8.00pm to 5.00am or 11.00pm to 8.00am MYT
- Non-Daylight Saving - from 9.00pm to 6.00am or 12.00am to 9.00am MYT
