**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
Coordinate SEA and ANZ team on APAC indirect sourcing (Domestic Freight, Distribution & Warehousing, Professional service, Sales & Marketing, etc.).

Source services for stakeholders on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction

Develop close relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to better understand services required/performed

Identify and deliver cost savings strategies

Ensure all sourcing is in-line with global/regional strategies

Support the development of all commodity strategies

Stay abreast of advancements in technology/service delivery across Marketing, communications, Sales & Service and other functions if required

Follow all Global Sourcing Procedures

Educate stakeholders on Purchasing Procedures to ensure best in class results

**Expected A**r**eas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)**

5+ Years Work Experience in indirect sourcing or a related function required.

Good English speaker, Chinese-spoken is plus

Strong communication skills

Good business acumen and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Capable of independent decision making

Supportive of a team environment

Willingness to understand cultural requirements of all APAC markets

Experience in Domestic Freight, Distribution & Warehousing, Professional service, Sales & Marketing Purchasing or a related function is plus.
