**Job Title: Clinic Supervisor/Clinic Assistant**

**Industry: Healthcare**

**Years of Working Experience: Preferred 1 year of experience in any related field.**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare team as a Clinic Supervisor/Clinic Assistant. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants and administrative.

2. Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure timely delivery of services.

3. Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

4. Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, stock count, and place orders as needed.

5. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

6. Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.

7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic operations and patient care.

8. Drafts and submits panel claims accordingly.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:
1. Fresh graduate or at least (1) year of related working experience.

2. Above 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or medical office.

3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

7. Able to work in Rotational Shifts.
