- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation in the company's systems.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Strive to meet individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on products and processes
