Data Entry.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents.
- Manage customer queries by sharing products information, checking status, etc. to customers when asked.
- Follow up customers.
- Resolve customers queries and problems.
- Providing ad-hoc support to staff members in other departments as needed.
- Update merchant details in CRM portal.
- Update sales reporting.
- Others adhoc tasks assigned by your superior.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field
- Able to commit to at least 3 months of internship
