**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.

**Job Requirements**:

- Pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
