We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant** to support our Managing Director. This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel as required.

As a **Personal Assistant**, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our MANAGING DIRECTOR. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing presentations, handling confidential information with discretion, and documentation filing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Perform data analysis and management using Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and tracking expenses
- Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of the executive team, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Conduct research, compile data, and create briefing materials for meetings
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by executives

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- **Professionalism**: High level of discretion and confidentiality

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience supporting senior executives is a plus
- Familiarity with expense tracking and budget management
