Kizer Energy/SGS JV is seeking highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in various aspects of refining and petrochemical operations to join a team of experts that will be supporting the completion of Performance Test Runs (PTR) and the Creditor Reliability Test (CRT) on an Integrated Full Conversion Refinery, Steam Cracker, and Petrochemical facility. The scope of the CRT includes the following functional areas: HSE, Engineering (Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Asset Integrity), Process and Process Controls, Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement Support. The Maintenance functional area includes the following Positions: - ** Execution and Quality Control "Senior Lead" (CODE 6.02)**: Provide leadership and oversight role in planning, execution, and expediting of critical maintenance jobs. - ** Execution and Quality Control Lead (CODE 5.01)**: Provide best practices to expedite repair and maintenance jobs and assess the reliability of critical equipment and machinery. - **Certified Planner with experience in Primavera (CODE 6.01)**: Provide integrated planning in Primavera during critical maintenance activities. This team of experts will help minimize equipment failures and improve overall plant performance during the CRT. **Key Responsibilities and Duties**: - Assist with the resolution of gaps identified by recent external Readiness Reviews - Review overall critical parameters (in the process units, critical equipment) to identify gaps and corrective/mitigation action. - Assess the adequacy and robustness of the instrument-electrical interface. - Lead and drive the completion of the high-risk CRT major threats and vulnerabilities items. - Review operating practices and incorporate best practices and lessons learned for improvement. - Analyze past and potential process upsets (which could defer CRT) and evaluate the availability of existing safeguards and mitigation strategies. - Review the operating procedures to check comprehensiveness and coverage, identify issues, and propose for improvement. - Develop improvement projects to address gaps in meeting CRT requirements. **Requirements**: - Fifteen (15) to Thirty (30) years of proven experience in the respective position with a strong background in the Full Conversion Refinery including Atmospheric Residue Hydrotreater (ARDS) and Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracker (RFCC) and Petrochemical Plants including Mixed-Feed Ethylene Steam Cracker, Ethylene, Propylene, Butadiene, Benzene and MTBE Plants, Polymer plants and other petrochemical products. - Experience working on international projects. - Experience in advisory roles - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with the consulting team and interact with client technical representatives. - Proficient in English - Bachelor's degree in engineering, technician, or specialist in the related field. **Location**:South-East Asia **Employment Type**:Contract/Project Work **Years of Experience**:15+ years **Salary**:Negotiable
