**Responsibilities**:

- Creates shipping documentation including bills of landing, shipping labels and export paperwork.
- Routes outgoing shipments through various freight forwarders and schedules transportation of shipments.
- Work closely with Logistics providers to assure on-time shipments.
- Maintain shipment file, issue reports and responds to customer inquiries regarding status of shipments.
- Prepares and follows-up in freight claims.
- Posts order and shipping information daily rising company system.
- Work with other in manufacturing department to assure transaction accuracy.
- Provides freights rates to customers and customer service department.
- Communicate accurate order/shipment/export & import details to the next party (operation team/ vendor).
- Custom declaration.
- Order ad-hoc duties must responsibility to continuously handle and to be accept assigned by Superior/ Management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Knowledge of custom declaration in ALDEC system
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry (Declaration)
- Ability to prioritize work, well organized and good coordination
- Able to start within short notice will be an advantage
