Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the operations team.
- Assisting in the preparation of operational reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Supporting the operations team in project management tasks, including tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Managing inventory levels and assisting in the procurement process for operational supplies and equipment.
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of operational procedures and policies.
- Handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding within the operations department.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.
- Monitoring and responding to operational inquiries and requests promptly.
- Participating in operational meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by head of department
- **No experience required, on-job training will be provided**_
- **SPM/STPM or fresh graduates are welcome to apply**_
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
