2. **Field Investigation**
- Verify customer addresses and contact details.
- Assess the customer's financial situation and provide feedback to management.
- Identify skip cases (customers who have moved or cannot be contacted) and report findings.

3. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare daily/weekly visit reports.
- Update collection system or CRM with status of each case.
- Submit reports on non-cooperative or unreachable customers.

4. **Customer Engagement**
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when dealing with customers.
- Educate customers on payment procedures or account issues.
- Handle disputes or objections during field visits.

5. **Compliance & Safety**
- Follow company policies and local laws regarding debt collection.
- Ensure personal safety during visits; report any security issues.
- Carry and present proper identification at all times.
