**Positions: Kitchen Crew (Cook) & Service Crew**

**Locations**:

**7. Setia City Mall**

**Company business: F&B / Restaurant**

**Basic Salary: RM1700 (fixed)**

**Allowances**:

- **RM 550 Service Points (fixed)**:

- **RM 50 - RM 1000 Incentives (Min RM 50 is fixed)**:

- **RM 100 Attendance Allowance (variable)**

**Gross salary up to RM3000+**

**Working days**:
**6 working days, off on weekday**

7.5 hours + 1 hour break (once the working hours exceed 8.5 hours, will be considered as OT)

Rotate shift (Morning, Afternoon & Closing shifts)

Morning: 8am - 4.30pm, Afternoon: 12pm - 10pm/1am, Closing: 4pm - 12.30am/1am

**Responsibilities**:
**Kitchen Crew / Cook**:

- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify manager of shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of ingredients.

**Service Crew / Waiter**:

- Welcome guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Accurately take customer orders, including any special requests or dietary needs.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Process customer payments, handle cash, credit & debit card.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Support kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff as needed.
- Promote specials and upsell menu items to increase revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Able to read and write in English (Basic English will do)
- No need experience/ qualifications (training will be provided)
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, rotating shifts & midnight
- Able to stand for long hours
- Can accept to work in an environment where alcohol is served
