A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Group Finance Manager whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. The Group Finance Manager works closely with the CFO, CEO and senior leadership team, to financially drive the business and take responsibility to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, ensure that financial resources are distributed appropriately, and budgets are planned and followed. The core focus of the team is to maintain the financial health of the business, and it's the Group Finance Managers' role to offer insights and financial advice to allow the team to make the best business decisions for the company.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Build solid relationships and give financial support and guidance across all departments within The Flexi Group.
- Review the budget by establishing budgetary processes collecting, analysing, and consolidating financial data.
- Review cash flow bi-weekly and update forecast, ensuring funds are allocated accordingly.
- Ensure the busines is compliant with internal and external PCAOB consultants, auditors, tax agents and various stakeholders, following all policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
- Review P&L analysis to drive business performance.
- Arrange month-end closing meetings with the country and management teams.
- Prepare the consolidated group financial statements for public filing
- Review the monthly and annual closing process to ensure the accuracy of financial results.
- Lead internal communications across all levels throughout the organisation by creating and promoting a conducive and supportive work environment.
- Support a wide range of activities, including global projects, internal/external consultancy, audit and tax filing in line with PCAOB standards.
- Prepare documentation for market capitalisation and share options programme.

**Requirements**:
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Five to ten years experience in a leadership position.
- Personable with strong verbal and written communication
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
- Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
- University Degree in a related field
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Strong presenation skills
- Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage
- CA and PCAOB experience will be value-added
- Fluent in English
