**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Daily Briefing & Training**:
Lead engaging daily briefings to ensure the team is equipped and aligned for a smooth and successful service. Provide continuous training sessions that enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and adherence to our service standards, ensuring all team members perform to their best potential.
- **Work Area Inspection**:
Conduct thorough post-service inspections of work areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational checklists. Maintain the highest hygiene standards, reinforcing a safe and sanitary environment for both customers and staff.
- **Scheduling**:
Create and manage efficient staff schedules to guarantee optimal coverage across all shifts. Balance labor costs with service needs, ensuring a seamless flow of operations while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- **Maintenance Coordination**:
Oversee the coordination of essential maintenance services, including trash removal, pest control, deep cleaning, and equipment maintenance. Ensure that all systems and assets are well-maintained to prolong their longevity and support a hygienic restaurant environment.
- **Employee Performance Reviews**:
Perform regular employee performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, setting clear goals, and recognizing achievements. Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging professional growth, accountability, and motivation.
- **Marketing Coordination**:
Collaborate closely with our marketing agency to strategize and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and goals. Ensure effective promotion and customer engagement through targeted initiatives that drive awareness and increase patronage.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure that every customer receives top-notch food and service promptly. Address customer concerns in a proactive, solution-oriented manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers, gathering valuable feedback to improve our services and offerings. Continuously enhance the overall dining experience, ensuring guests feel valued and heard.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Must be comfortable working in a NON-HALAL environment.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with restaurant management software is an advantage.
