working days: 6 days
- Plaza Arkadia Area
- 2 shifts (Opening shift is 1030am to 9pm and closing shift is 1130am to 10pm)

Jobscopes:

- Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers’ enquiries
- Explaining the concept to guests, and educating / having conversations with them on the tea menu and related topics
- Preparation and serving of food and drinks
- Setting up and clearing down of operations
- Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
- Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
- Reporting to outlet manager

**Requirements**:

- Experience and interest in F&B
- Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge, will be beneficial
- Able to work weekends & public holidays

Skills & Abilities:

- Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse in English
- Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure

Other job details:
