**Job Title: Store Assistant**

**Department: Purchasing Department**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials against delivery orders or invoices.
- Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and inventory control.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low or near-expiry stock items.
- Issue materials and supplies based on authorized requisitions.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the store area.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in periodic stock checks.
- Liaise with suppliers or relevant departments regarding stock discrepancies or urgent requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines in handling and storing items.
- Assist in preparing reports related to stock movement and usage trends.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma in any field; logistics or supply chain-related qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to lift and handle stock items safely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
