Responsibilities:

- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing by verifying payment details, confirming order quantities, shipping addresses, and setting up shipping labels.
- Work with logistics and shipping teams to ensure orders are fulfilled within the expected time frame.
- Regularly update product listings and ensure that prices, promotions, and availability are correctly reflected across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok)
- Ensure product images are high-quality, clear, and meet the required specifications of the platform. These images should showcase the product from different angles and show close-up shots of important features.
- Regularly monitor stock levels, ensuring that products are not out of stock.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat, or phone, addressing questions about products, shipping, returns, and more.
- Manage the return process by working with customers to process returns, exchange items, and issue refunds when appropriate in accordance with company policy, ensuring that customers have a smooth experience even after making a purchase.

Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative role preferred, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working under fast pace work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
