Managing the operations of the chiller plant (water cooled chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, compressors, cooling tower and pumps), including trouble shooting and report-writing, monitoring vendor/sub-contractor for repair or maintenance works, reviewing service contract and providing inputs to Manager on proposal write-ups
- Facilitating/undertaking the activities of the maintenance in order to maintain the property in a condition of operating excellence as to ensure tenants and patrons are provided with a safe and clean environment
- Engaging extensive hands-on functions such as changing light bulbs, undertaking plumbing works, providing preventive maintenance on sewerage system, among others
- Ensuring maintenance and operations of the property is at optimum level by establishing, frequently reviewing, implementing, monitoring and assessing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Facility Management and proposing improvement plans periodically and effectively
- Working with contractors and other departments to ensure completion of any repair activities, renovation projects and upgrading works requested to maintain the property
- Providing status reports of routine inspections, preventive maintenances and repair works to the Manager/Assistant Manager accurately, responsibly and in timely manner
- Immediately advising and/or alerting the Manager/Assistant Manager of any conditions encountered that may jeopardize the operations of the property and the safety of its occupants. i.e hot water leaks, accident near-misses etc
- Conducting frequent walk-about around the property for better efficiency of property maintenance
- Coordinating with the Chargeman in any electrical wiring works and troubleshooting electrical circuit and conducting regular equipment testing including hands-on where and when necessary
- Supporting relevant departments in marketing, event management and special programs of the property
- Obliged to undertake other reasonable duties as and when directed by the superior or Management within and/or beyond normal working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
