- Ensuring compliance to avoid any legal issue, penalties and fines:

- Stay updated on relevant health and safety regulations standards follow by JKKP, develop and implement policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements, and conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Creating safe work environment to reduce risk of accident, injuries and illness:

- Identify potential hazard, implement safety measure, develop emergency response plans and conduct safety drills at least 2 times per year.
- Risk management:

- do risk assessment, update (HIRARC), investigate an accident to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, machinery monitory report, update noise risk assessment report, ergonomic and chemical assessment report, register CHRA.
- Employment welfare:

- Promote safety awareness and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives (Safety Committee), doing meeting 3 months once with safety committee, conduct workplace inspection, conduct weekly/ monthly toolbox, finding related training for employee related with OSHWA.
- PPE and safety equipment:
Well manage PPE staff record, monitoring PPE usage at production, keep update fire extinguisher status (work building and hostel), well manage first aid kit box
- Liase with contractor
- Filing company document related with OSHWA
- Ad-hoc works given by superior that related with department and companies

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
