**About Us**:
StayWokeProperty is a **prop-tech company** focused on streamlining the property rental and sales process in Malaysia. We operate a dynamic **online property platform** that bridges the gap between landlords, real estate agents, tenants, and buyers. In addition to connecting stakeholders, we also provide **property management services** to landlords, assisting with rental collection and asset maintenance to simplify their property ownership experience.

As our Business Development Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the administrative aspects of our website and facilitating communication between landlords and real estate agents. Your contributions will help maintain and grow our platform while providing excellent support to our users**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the website, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Communicate with landlords and real estate agents to address inquiries and facilitate connections.
- Support the team with daily administrative tasks to enhance platform efficiency.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Basic administrative skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
- Preferred students from **Business Administration** or **Building and Property Management** courses.
