**Job Overview**:
Capco is looking for an APAC Commercial Operations Lead to join our APAC Operations team working closely with our Regional Leadership team, Commercial Team, and reporting to APAC Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role will manage a team of 4 to ensure coverage and service across the region.

Role will liaise with internal executives and support operational management of accounts on all commercial aspects to maximise business performance through the provision of management information.

**What You’ll Get to Do**:

- Accountable for Sales Opportunities pipeline.
- Analysis and insight of Project Margin & Optimisation
- MI Reporting on Financials (Profit, Headcount, controlling cost to account) and APAC management (Development and Insight)
- Financial modelling to support business strategy, proposals, and target outcomes.
- Prepare reports for the purpose of Partner, Leadership and Management meetings.
- Collaborate with Project Managers / Account Leads / Client Partners to achieve business outcomes
- Consolidation of revenue followed by variance analysis vs forecast by region, and by client.
- Coordinating and obtaining inputs from all account leads and business leads to consolidate inputs for monthly & yearly revenue forecasts review.
- Support and enhance existing Operational processes, including but not limited to Sales Tracking, Resource Management and P&L reporting.
- Work closely with colleagues in Finance and Resource Management to improve information flow and cost-effectiveness across support functions.
- Responsible for the review and interpretation of contractual information such that they are compliant with Capco internal standards.

**What You’ll Bring with You**:

- At least 6+ years in a similar role with experience in Consulting business or similar environment, preferably Professional Services firms.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Advanced financial excel modelling experience required, including developing own financial models.
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with, understanding the
needs of and influencing diverse stakeholders at senior levels across the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment and willing to adapt
and be flexible given requirement to work with a variety of Partners globally
- Well organized, strong time management and proven ability to multi-task
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of presenting management information and reporting to senior stakeholders
