Supervisor (Foreign Workers)

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Safely drive a company van to transport foreign workers between hostels, project sites, and other assigned locations. Supervise workers during transportation and at job sites to ensure discipline and punctuality. Maintain accurate records of worker movements, attendance, and site assignments. Coordinate closely with site supervisors, HR, and hostel staff for smooth daily operations. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. Manage minor worker-related issues and escalate serious concerns to management. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. **Requirements**: Valid GDL or PSV license is required. Experience as a van driver and/or in supervising foreign workers is preferred. Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently.
