HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To assist in preparing the monthly payroll. Preparing and processing monthly payroll and complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and deadlines.
- To maintain a comprehensive record of all employees and keep it updated. Ensures proper safekeeping of all confidential documents, company registration files, permits, government-mandated benefits, insurance, HR policies and others
- Oversee foreign worker management, general services (security, social compliances, factory housekeeping, industrial/employee relations) and foreign worker's welfare.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results to coach and discipline employees; scheduling face-to-face engagement with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Ensure smooth operation of foreign workers related matters from recruitment, permit renewal, passport renewal, fomema check-up, insurance guarantee, SKIPPHA, workers repatriation,
- Handling issues related to employee visitation to panel clinic, government hospital, insurance claim, and bank account arrangement.
- Assist superior and coordinate with welfare team on taking care foreign workers welfare in factory and hostel.
- Handling and resolving grievances reported by employees.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of related HR knowledge, skill and experience
- Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
