**Salary**: Negotiable/ employer willing to stretch package based on skills and experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly payroll and HR admin reports for various clients in a timely manner.
- Handling and follow up on client’s general inquiries pertaining to HR Admin & payroll matters,
- Liaise with officers from statutory bodies and other relevant personnel.
- Handle client requests, complaints, and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- To action all requests by clients pertaining to Human Resource & Payroll matters
- All other administration matters pertaining to client accounts.
- Consistently maintaining our high ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients
- Provide full spectrum of payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation, execution (salaries, leave, and other compensation calculations), and reconciliation.
- Monitor and execute payroll activities according to payroll timelines.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and disbursed to the client’s employee in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory remittance.
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting
- Visit Client’s Office when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM.
- Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- 1 year of experience in payroll processing or accounts.
- Proficiency in mathematics, administration, and Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, patient, meticulous, and highly organized.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
