DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support for HR executives.
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration/Studies/Management or equivalent
- Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least 1 years
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Data-driven mindset
- Able to follow and comply with **Armada Petroleum Sdn Bhd’s** policies.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and can-do attitude and eye for detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and good team player.
- Must be able work at Kapar, Selangor and willing to travelling to Miri, Sarawak.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
