Job Description (Key Responsibilities) 1. To monitor, manage and to ensure the smooth running of the day to day site supervision and update progress of work to Project Manager. 2. To provide full time standing supervision. 3. To supervise the Contractor’s work to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications. 4. To check the daily records of machineries and materials submitted by the contractor for the purpose of evaluating price fluctuation and materials on site claims. 5. To inform the superior of any faulty workmanship of materials incorporated in the works that are not according to standard work practices. 6. To assist the Project Manager to check, review and recommend for approval of contractor’s submission. 7. To advise the Project Manager on progress and difficulties in the construction e.g. errors in work, potential site issue/ problem, etc. 8. To attend site meeting as required. 9. To prepare and check site instructions. 10. To bring to the attention of the PM for clarification of any errors or anomalies detected in the Drawings or other Contract Documents. 11. To keep track of the revision to the construction drawings and as-built information and to check/verify the as-built drawings. 12. To check, verify progress claims and ascertain all claims are verified based on material on site, installed services, delivery orders, serial number verification and other necessary verifications. 13. To submit daily inspections reports, field tests, as-built records, joint survey data, etc to the PM as necessary. 14. Matters of confidentiality pertaining to company and assigned project shall not be disclosed to any third parties. 15. Maintain ethical and professional conduct at all times. 16. Any other duties as delegated by the Company or the delegated representatives from time to time. 17. Familiar with Conventional JKR Project is advantage.
