**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic **Administrative Intern** to support our daily office operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office management, clerical duties, and team coordination. Perfect for students or fresh grads looking to explore the administrative side of a business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents (physical & digital)
- Support the HR/Admin team with data entry and report preparation
- Help manage office supplies and inventory
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during team meetings
- Coordinate staff attendance and update records
- Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to multitask
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month
