Internship Position: Administrative Clerk (E-Commerce & Sales Support)
Job Responsibilities1. E-Commerce & Website Support
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Edit product titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and product images to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Upload and organize new product information with proper category tagging.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms in a professional manner.
2. Social Media & Content Uploading
Upload product photos and videos to:
Facebook
- YouTube
- Xiaohongshu (小红书)
- Google Business Profile / Google Maps
- Other platforms when assigned.
- Assist with simple content captions and media organization.
- Ensure all posts follow company branding guidelines.
3. Online Campaign & Promotion Coordination
Assist in joining and preparing for periodic campaigns such as:
Lazada (11.11, 12.12, Payday Sale, Brand Mega Campaign)
- Shopee (9.9, 10.10, Vouchers & Coins Cashback)
- TikTok Shop promotions (Flash Deals / Campaign submissions)
- Help prepare pricing entries, product tagging, voucher setup, and update campaign dashboards.
4. Sales Support
- Assist Senior Officer in issuing quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, product reviews, and after-sales support.
- Assist in tracking inquiries and helping close sales when required.
5. Procurement & Administrative Support
- Assist admin team in placing purchase orders with suppliers and monitor delivery arrangements.
- Perform documentation, filing, data entry, and maintain organized record systems.
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and general office administrative tasks.
6. Other Duties
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by management to support daily business operations.
