Job Description:

  • Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
  • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages.
  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintain of records, documentations and filing in a timely manner
  • Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation.
  • Communicate with internal department on matters related to administrative and production activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks and operational functions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:-

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent.
  • Work experience as Purchasing will be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu (Candidate can speak Mandarin language is advantage).
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Hardworking with good work ethics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented and accurate with data entry.
