Operation Clerk

**Responsibility**
- Assist Operation /Crushing Manager on handling customer order, arranging entire operation /crushing schedule and follow up on delivery.
- Review adequacy of customer order / contract and generating production schedule and Work Instruction Form for production processes.
- Handling customer feedback (includes satisfaction and complaint), and work together with other department person in charge on resolving customer complaint.
- Work together with crushing personnel for preparing product sample upon request by customer.
- Consistently work together with Store, Shipping and Logistic personnel on monitoring of latest delivery schedule.
- Tasks that specified in Quality, Environmental or OH&S Management System.
- Preparing Sourcing and crushing report, OT record, PPE Record, and daily operation checklist.
- Other task that assigned by the superior.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Education level: minimum diploma
- Working Experience: minimum 2 years working experience in similar field/position
- Special Skill: planning skill and communication skill
- Special Knowledge: product scheduling knowledge
- Good attitude
- Willing to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
