**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To maintain the culinary standards specific for the outlets.
- Ensure that culinary standards comply with Company requirement.
- Maximize productivity and maintain consistency.
- Must have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Company employee rules and regulations.
- Maintain rapport / harmonious relationship among the Kitchen Staff.
- Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of available products in all menus, and operating supplies.
- Control and manage the tools and equipment stocks - making sure they are handled and used efficiently, carefully, stored properly and monitors the number and does a monthly inventory.
- Help maintain the Hygiene and Cleanliness of the kitchen, other staff and kitchen helper.
- Maintain the quality and standard of the product produced.
- Prepare food and beverages at buffet restaurant.

Requirement:

- 18- 40 years old local Malaysians

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Student job

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 - 72 per week
