**Job Title: TikTok Live Host**

**Location**: Setia Alam

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Reports to**: Social Media Manager / Content Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Host TikTok Live Broadcasts**: Go live on TikTok and interact with audiences in real-time to create engaging, fun, and informative content.
- **Audience Engagement**: Build a loyal community by responding to comments, messages, and creating personalized interactions with followers.
- **Brand Promotion**: Promote products, services, or events through your live sessions while maintaining a natural, conversational tone to ensure authenticity.
- **Content Creation**: Plan and produce live-streaming events that align with our content strategy, goals, and target audience.
- **Collaborations**: Work with influencers, guests, and brand partners to co-host live streams and create collaborative content.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze the performance of live sessions (viewers, engagement, etc.), adjust content, and improve strategies accordingly.
- **Promote Engagement Campaigns**: Encourage viewers to like, comment, share, and follow during live broadcasts to increase reach and visibility.
- **Content Ideation**: Develop and suggest new ideas for live shows and creative content that will resonate with our target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **TikTok Creator** or **Live Stream Host** with an active, engaging TikTok profile.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage viewers in a lively, authentic, and entertaining way.
- Comfort with using TikTok’s live streaming features, including filters, effects, and chat functions.
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and a deep understanding of the platform’s algorithm and best practices for live streaming.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle unexpected issues or questions from viewers.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and viral content.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
- A reliable internet connection and a comfortable live streaming setup (camera, microphone, lighting).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a live hosting role or digital content creation.
- A large and active personal TikTok following is a plus.
- Knowledge of TikTok analytics tools to measure performance and engagement.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
