We are seeking a **detailed-oriented and proactive Operations Support cum Inventory Assistant**to join our operation team

This role combines inventory management responsibilities with operational support functions, focusing on accurate stock control, material handling, and coordination between production and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1**. Daily Stock Management & Monitoring**
- Perform comprehensive daily stock counts and monitoring of raw materials usage, ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained and updated in the system for precise internal tracking and management reporting.

2. **Material Receiver and Processing**
- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming raw materials, followed by accurate labeling and systematic recording in inventory management systems.

3. **Production-Warehouse Coordination**
- Coordinate with production operators to ensure timely transfer of completed products to warehouse storage areas and provide prompt status to Production Assistant for effective production tracking and scheduling. Maintain all documentation records.

4. **Waste Management & Facility Organization**
- Monitor, document and manage material wastage and recyclable materials to SOP, while maintaining clean and organized storage areas.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
