Key Responsibilities:

- **Developing Production Schedules**:Creating and maintaining detailed production schedules that align with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and available resources.
- **Managing Inventory**:Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
- **Procurement Management**:Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and parts for production.
- **Production Process Optimization**:Analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Working closely with sales, customer service, production, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Tracking production progress, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Cost Management**:Identifying opportunities to reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**:Addressing production issues, resolving bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
