**Location**:_Perai, Penang_
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues (e.g., Moulding, Main Conveyor, OPM, TTME, Carton Sealer).
- Attend and complete all mandatory trainings (GMP, HALAL, Safety, HACCP) and any other required training.
- Support the implementation and development of continuous improvement programs.
- Update daily checklists, prepare reports with the Shift Leader, and act as Shift Leader in their absence.
- Provide operator support across different areas or lines when required.
- Ensure timely cleaning and sanitation of machines and working areas.
- Strictly follow and implement all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standard work processes.
- Perform product changeovers efficiently.
- Assist maintenance technicians with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of major downtime issues.
- Handle minor machine stoppages, document issues, and recommend solutions.
- Participate actively in IL6S activities at the line/plant level.
- Comply with all food quality policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inspections and planned routine maintenance as scheduled.
- Perform planned quality checks to meet required CTP and CTQ standards.
- Maintain equipment in base condition through abnormality handling, CIL, centerline management, and other IL6S tools.
- Operate and manage more than one main equipment to support flow-to-work flexibility.
- Take ownership of standard work processes at the shift level.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Food Processing, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in production line operations and machine handling.
- Prior experience in the F&B manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule.
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
