Responsibilities:

- To execute the preventive maintenance plan including responding to emergency for gas facilities within company safety standards with the objective of ensuring safe and stable supply of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the tenants
- Execute pipeline and facilities inspection according to operations duty roster.
- Execute day to day tasks in the M&E, civil and plumbing scope of works as required to support building facilities management team to manage building operations as required
- Execute the servicing of equipment in the gas facilities according to maintenance plan
- Plan & execute emergency response plan in the event of emergency.
- Trouble shoot equipment and installations breakdown. Attend to related emergencies around the clock.
- Supervise and monitor Third Party's work at or near the gas facilities and pipelines.
- Plan the upkeep of tools & equipment including calibration.
- Execute Meter Reading activities according to billing schedule
- Execute stock checking and receiving for LPG facilities.
- Monthly LPG inspection & report preparation.
- Carrying out routine inspection in F&B tenanted outlets on safety of LPG installations c/w relevant checklist submissions.
- Other task as and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or Diploma in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) is a **must.**:

- Minimum 2 years LPG working experience is a **must.**:

- Able to work shift hours (morning / afternoon).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
