**Duties and Responsibilities:

- **
- To oversees project & accounts
- Handle full set of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters
- Assist in monitoring company cash flows, cash flow projection.
- Monitor project performance and variance analysis.
- Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders to support decision making.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
- To liaise with all Auditor, banker, secretarial matters & to make sure all the necessarily datelines are met
- To liaise with project / purchasing / site personnel for project info
- Provide guidance to team member and collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superior/ Management from time to time

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field and working in construction company will be an added advantage
- Maintain and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in using accounting software and MS Applications are required
- Proactive team player
- Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
