**Job Summary**:
The Marketing and Communication Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility, strengthen brand presence, and effectively communicate its values and activities to key stakeholders. This role involves content creation, campaign management, media relations, and digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization’s programs and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels.
- Manage the organization’s website, ensuring information is accurate, updated, and engaging.
- Coordinate media relations and maintain strong connections with press, influencers, and external partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive engagement and awareness.
- Support the development of promotional materials, including brochures, reports, videos, and presentations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and communication activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or related roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (and additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of graphic design, photography, or video editing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

**Working Location: Kuchai Lama, KL**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
