HR Admin Executive

Administer, register, control, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, facsimile, documents, and other paperwork
- Ensure office upkeep and office administrative licenses are up-to-date
- Organise and maintain Hadid Group personnel records and data accordingly
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, training calender & office yearly calendar
- Responsible for recruitment process, employment, performance management system
- Updating company policies when needed and ensuring legal compliance
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors etc.
- Prepare purchase vendor order for administration requisition including utilities
- Participate in HR/Admin projects (e.g organise Annual Dinner, a job fair event, etc.)
- Prepare purchase order, payment request for administration requisition matters
- Coordinate and organise payment for office utility bills and other related office maintenance utility bills.
- Arrange any travel accommodation and well-being of staff in local overseas
- Acting as the first point of contact of all personnel queries
- Perform any other as-hoc tasks as requested by the superior and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
